AI DASHBOARD

Ask your business a question. Get a live dashboard back.

Most reporting makes you know the answer before you can ask for it — which report, which filters, which date range. OrderPulse lets you ask in plain English, answers with a chart, and keeps the ones worth keeping.

  • Typed or spoken
  • Live data, not exports
  • A board per person
Two minutes, recorded in the product: a question asked in plain English, the chart it returns, and the dashboard built out of the answers.
Ask in plain English No report to choose, no filters to configure first.
Answers are charts Bar, line, donut, KPI or table — switched in place.
Keep what is useful Save an answer as a widget and arrange your own board.
Always current Widgets read live records and refresh on their own.

Ask, answer, keep

Three steps, and the thing each one hands the next. Everything below is a detail of one of them.

The third step is the one that compounds: an answer you keep stops being a question you have to remember to ask again.

What you can ask the AI dashboard

These are the prompts the product suggests on an empty Ask screen — not a curated demo script. Anything your operation records is fair game.

  • Give me a breakdown of sales orders by status
  • How many customers do we have?
  • Show the estimate pipeline for the last 30 days

Typed, in your own words

Ask the way you would ask a colleague. There is no query syntax to learn and no report to define before you find out whether the answer was worth having.

Or spoken, hands free

Voice input and a hands-free mode, for the people who are between stops rather than sitting at a desk when the question occurs to them.

Across the whole operation

Customers, sales orders, invoices, inventory, routes, procurement and pricing — the same records your reps and your back office are working in.

A conversation, not a search box

Follow-up questions keep the thread, so narrowing an answer does not mean typing the whole question out again.

Answers you can check

Every answer is built from a query against your own records, and the chart shows the figures that query returned. Where the data cannot answer a question, it says so rather than estimating.

Only what the asker may see

The assistant answers within the permissions that person already has, so asking is not a way around them. A rep gets their own customers and routes, not everybody’s.

Answers you can reshape

The first answer is rarely the final one. Reshaping it is a click, not a new question.

Format the numbersPlain, shortened or as money, so a chart meant for a board pack does not need re-making somewhere else.

A live dashboard for each person

A dispatcher and a finance manager do not need the same six numbers. Saved answers and a store of ready-made widgets mean neither has to settle for the other’s board.

A My dashboard screen, part way down one person's board. The toolbar offers Widget store, Arrange and Reset, and three widgets sit side by side: Deliveries by status showing 41 draft, 31 delivered and 3 dispatched; a Route plans by status donut reading 18 draft, 15 assigned and five smaller statuses; and Sales returns by status showing 9 completed, 4 cancelled, 1 approved and 1 received. Each widget carries its own refresh time and a control for switching its chart type, and a further row of widgets begins below them.
One person’s board, part way down: three widgets side by side, each on its own refresh clock, with more above and below. Every one of them started as either a saved answer or a drag out of the widget store.
Nobody waits for a reportThe question that used to become a ticket for whoever owns the reporting tool is answered by the person who had it.
No stale spreadsheetWidgets read live records and refresh themselves, so the board is never last night’s export with today’s date on it.
One set of numbersThe dashboard reads the same records the routes and invoices run on, so the office and the field are arguing from the same figure.

Frequently asked questions

What can I actually ask it?
Anything the platform records — customers, sales orders, invoices, inventory, routes, procurement and pricing. Questions about counts, breakdowns, totals and trends work best, because those are the shapes a chart can answer: how many, split by what, over which period.
Does it make numbers up?
No. Every answer is built from a query against your own records, and the chart shows the figures that query returned. If the data to answer a question is not there, it says so rather than estimating.
Does my data get used to train an AI model?
No. Your records are used to answer your questions and nothing else. They are not used to train models and are not shared with other customers.
Can I keep an answer without re-asking for it?
Yes — that is what Save as widget does. The answer becomes a tile on your dashboard and keeps refreshing from live data, so a question you ask once does not need asking again.
Does everyone see the same dashboard?
No. Each user builds their own from saved answers and the widget store, and arranges it by dragging and resizing. A dispatcher and a finance manager end up with different boards over the same records.
Do users see data they are not allowed to see?
No. The assistant answers within the same permissions the user already has, so asking a question is not a way around them. A rep sees their own customers and routes, not everybody’s.
Can I use it by voice?
Yes. Questions can be spoken rather than typed, and there is a hands-free mode for use away from a desk.
Does this replace our reporting?
For the day-to-day questions, mostly. It is built for the ones that would otherwise become a request to whoever owns the reporting tool. Scheduled statutory reporting and your accounting system’s own reports still do what they always did.
Is it included, or an add-on?
It is part of the platform rather than a separate product. If your team has OrderPulse, the assistant and dashboards are there.

Bring the question nobody could answer

The one that always turned into a spreadsheet, or a favour from whoever owns the reporting tool. We’ll ask it on screen, against data that looks like yours.
