Frequently asked questions

Does the driver app work with no signal?
Yes. The route, the stops, the catalog and the customer’s details are held on the device. Signatures, photos and delivery confirmations queue locally and sync when a connection returns.
Which navigation app does it use?
The driver’s own. A stop hands the address to whichever maps app is on the device, so nobody re-types an address between screens.
Can we change a route mid-day?
Yes. Stops can be re-sequenced, moved between vans or added as an ad-hoc run, and the driver’s device picks the change up on its next sync.
What happens when a customer refuses a delivery?
The driver records the refusal with a reason code and, where your rules allow it, raises the credit on the spot. The stock comes back on the van and shows in that evening’s settlement.
How much will optimisation actually save us?
Honestly: it depends entirely on how your routes are sequenced today. A territory that grew by adding each new customer to the end of an existing run usually has the most to give back; one that a long-serving driver already sequences well may have very little. That is why we ask for a real day of stops rather than quoting a percentage — we sequence it on screen and you see your own number before you buy anything.
