How OrderPulse collects, uses, and protects the information you and your team put into our Direct Store Delivery software.

Last updated: July 22, 2026

1. Who we are

OrderPulse, Inc. (“OrderPulse,” “we,” “us”) provides Direct Store Delivery (DSD) software for distributors and route reps. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the OrderPulse mobile and web applications (the “Services”).

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated as you use the Services, and information from integrations you connect.

  • Account & contact details you submit (name, company, work email, phone, number of routes).
  • Business data you or your team enter or import, such as customers, items, price lists, orders, invoices, payments, and delivery records.
  • Device and usage data (app version, device type, IP address, log and diagnostic data, approximate or precise location where you enable it for route features).
  • Data from connected systems you authorize, such as QuickBooks or NetSuite.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, secure, and improve the Services.
  • To sync your data with the accounting and payment systems you connect.
  • To provide support and respond to your requests.
  • To send service and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Services:

  • With sub-processors and infrastructure providers under contract (hosting, analytics, email, payments).
  • With systems you connect at your direction (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
  • To comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy.

5. Data retention

We retain business and account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then for a limited period to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. You can request export or deletion as described below.

6. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, daily backups, and audited access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information and are pursuing SOC 2 Type II.

7. Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Account owners can export their business data at any time. To exercise a right, contact us at privacy@orderpulse.io.

8. International transfers

We may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Children's privacy

The Services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
