Take tomorrow’s order today.

Presell the stop, let the warehouse pick to a real number, and send the truck out loaded for what was actually ordered — not what someone guessed.

What your reps get at the stop

Everything needed to write a correct order in front of the customer, with or without a signal.

Order ahead of the truck

Commit the order against a future delivery date, so the warehouse sees real demand before it picks.

Per-customer pricing

Contract prices, quantity breaks and live promotions apply the moment a line is added.

Suggested order

Every stop opens with what this customer usually buys and what is missing today.

Works with no signal

Catalog, pricing and history sit on the device; orders queue and sync when a bar returns.

Credit and hold awareness

Balance, terms and account holds are visible before the order is written.

Straight into picking

A committed order becomes a pick list and load sheet with no re-keying.

How a price is decided at the shelf

Six steps, all resolved on the device before the rep says a number out loud — so what they quote is what the invoice carries.

How presales runs

Three steps, and the thing each one hands the next.

The dashed arrows are the point — they name what actually crosses between stages, which is what makes it presales rather than a checklist.

What a rep can raise at a stop

Four documents from one screen — and all of it prints before the rep gets back in the van.

Quote without committing stockAn estimate quotes a validity period instead of payment terms, and becomes an order the moment it is accepted.
Returns settled on the visitRaised against an eligible invoice, with only its returnable lines offered — so a credit cannot be raised twice.

Why distributors move to presales

One order number survives every stage, so nothing has to be reconciled afterwards.

Fewer returnsThe truck carries what was ordered instead of a standing par that guesses high.
Better warehouse daysPicking works to committed demand, not to a number someone remembered.
More selling timeReps stop counting and re-keying and spend the visit on the shelf.

Everything the presales operation covers

What the rep carries into the shop, and what the office gets back from it.

Order, estimate or invoice Three documents from one screen, each with the header fields that document needs.
Suggested order Built from what this customer actually buys, so nothing routine is forgotten.
Copy a previous order Start from their last one and change the handful of lines that moved.
Live catalogue & stock Browse what is actually in the warehouse, not a list that was true last night.
Contract pricing Price lists, contract prices and quantity breaks, resolved per customer.
Promotions What is applied, and what they could still earn — redemption limits already checked.
Margin protection A line priced under its minimum margin is warned about before it is sold.
Last sold price What this customer paid last time, so a discount is a decision, not a guess.
Discounts & freight Line and order discounts, freight, and free-of-charge lines, within your rules.
Credit & holds A hold that blocks stops an order, an estimate or a terms invoice at the door.
Order header detail Payment terms, wanted-by date, customer reference, deliver-to and bill-to, who ordered.
Returns at the visit Against an eligible invoice, with only its returnable lines offered.
Signature & refusal Signed on the glass, or refused with a reason recorded against the document.
Payment on the visit Collect on the spot or mark it to collect later, with a printed receipt.
Printing at the stop Six document types to a mobile printer, with per-printer profiles and calibration.
Address capture New delivery addresses looked up and verified rather than typed twice.
Works with no signal Everything queues on the device and syncs when a connection comes back.
The rep’s own numbers What they have sold today and this month, on the device rather than asked for.

Works with the books you already keep

Orders written on the route land in your accounting system without a second entry.

Frequently asked questions

Can a rep quote before the customer commits?
Yes. An estimate is raised from the same screen as an order and quotes a validity period rather than payment terms. When the customer accepts it, it becomes an order without being re-keyed.
Can reps discount, and what stops them going too far?
Line discounts, order discounts, freight and free-of-charge lines are all available, subject to your rules. Every line is checked against the product’s minimum margin and the rep is warned before a below-margin line is sold — and they can see what this customer last paid, so a discount is a decision rather than a guess.
Can a rep print at the stop?
Yes — orders, estimates, invoices, delivery notes, returns and receipts all print to a mobile printer, with per-printer profiles and a calibration routine so a new printer can be set up in the field.
Can one rep do presales and direct sales?
Yes. A rep can presell one stop and sell off the truck at the next — both flows live in the same app and settle together at the end of the day.
How far ahead can orders be taken?
As far ahead as you need. Every order carries a delivery date and lands on that day’s pick list.
Does presales really work offline?
Yes. Catalog, per-customer pricing, credit status and order history are stored on the device. Orders queue and sync automatically when a connection returns.
What happens if the customer changes the order before delivery?
Edit it up until the pick. After that it is handled as a delivery adjustment or a credit, with an audit trail either way.
