What is already built, and what is not

An accounting integration is two things: the plumbing that gets a document out of the system reliably, and the mapping that translates it for one particular ledger. The first is done.

Register the requirement Tell us you need Xero. It moves work up the queue, and you get told the moment it lands rather than checking a page.
Use the open API Invoices, credits, payments and customers are all reachable over the REST API, so your own developers can post to Xero on your terms.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Xero integration available today?
No. It is in development. We are saying so plainly because the alternative — listing a logo and describing it during a sales call — costs you more than it costs us. The connector framework it runs on is live and carrying three other accounting systems.
When will it be ready?
We will not give you a date we cannot stand behind. What we will do is tell you where it is when you ask, and tell you when it ships if you register the requirement. If you need it on a fixed date, that is a custom development conversation rather than a roadmap one.
Can we start on OrderPulse now and switch to the sync later?
Yes. Nothing about how you run routes, price customers or invoice at the door depends on which accounting system is connected. When the Xero provider lands, connecting it is a settings task rather than a migration.
Can you build it for us before the general release?
Often, yes — the framework, the outbox and the direction rules already exist, so a Xero engagement is the mapping layer rather than a build from nothing. We will scope it against your chart of accounts and quote it properly.
What happens to our data in the meantime?
It is yours and it is exportable. Invoices, credits, payments and customers can all be pulled over the REST API so nothing is trapped while you wait.
